FAQs

What if I need care after normal business hours?

We have a provider on-call to address your urgent healthcare needs. This service is not a free service though. There is a $35.00 charge that is applied to your account when the provider delivers the care you need between the hours of 5PM and 7AM.

It says your office is fragrance-free, what does this mean?

It means that we discourage the use of heavily-scented lotions, perfumes, colognes, and essential oils as this can cause severe allergic reactions for our staff and our patients. We do encourage the use of anti-perspirant.

When should I expect to get prescription refills?

We address prescription refills as they come into our office periodically throughout the business day. As we are often caring for the patients who are being seen, we do request that all prescription refills are given at least 24 hours to receive a response. Any requests that are made outside of normal hours, will be addressed the next business day.
